HOW TO DELAY AN EMAIL
What is it?
Schedule when an email gets sent.
Why use it?
Educate your customers that you are not available on weekends and evenings, while at the same time dealing with emails whenever you like.
How does it work?
GMAIL: When replying to a customer out of hours use the Boomerang extension for Gmail
OUTLOOK: in Outlook while viewing an email, click Options/MoreOptions/DelayDelivery) to schedule it to be sent during another time
Receive an email on the weekend and want to deal with it? Use this to schedule it for normal office hours (e.g. at 8 am on Monday morning)
